Creation of COMECA France

COMECA Group announces that its’ French subsidiaries merge with the creation of COMECA France, organised under 3 Strategic Activities.

On July 12^th, 2019 COMECA Group's operating subsidiaries in France were merged into a single entity: COMECA France. The merger scope encompasses COMECA Systems, COMECA Power, COMECA Transport, IS2I, COMECA Application and COMECA EBT (Low Voltage Equipment).

Concurrently, the Group is restructured into 3 Strategic Activities:

• COMECA ELEC to offer complete solutions in Medium Voltage, Low Voltage and Automation Equipment
• COMECA TECH to offer technological solutions through 3 main areas of expertise: Power Conversion, Thermal Engineering and Embedded Material & Cabling Solutions
• COMECA SERVICE to offer a Services set to optimise performance and extend the life of customers' operating resources

As a result COMECA group concentrates its know-how in an efficient and accessible organisation with a strong international deployment. It provides global solutions to better meet customers' expectations and consolidates its’ financial resources. This simplification makes the group more attractive to current and future talents.
