COMECA acquires LEBAS SYSTEM company
COMECA recently announced acquisition of French LEBAS SYSTEM Company.
LEBAS SYSTEM, founded in 1984 and based in Schiltigheim, Eastern France, specialises in the manufacturing of Fixed Low Voltage switchboards for Industry, Infrastructure and Building markets.
Regional leader, it has a diversified customer base composed of manufacturers and installers through its electrical distribution, automation and HVAC activities.
At the end of February 2016, the company’s founder Alain Lebas sold his business to COMECA, while remaining closely involved in the company’s development for a period of two years.
As part of this transaction, LEBAS SYSTEM preserves its DNA and identity. All of the employees, customers and offers are integrated to the COMECA Group through this new subsidiary, which will be managed by Michel Tytgat.
